This dough is a work horse. It is the base for both our toasted ravioli and crab rangoon. It can also handle being used for pastries, pasta, and pies. It is wonderfully suited for savory recipes as is, but can be laminated with added butter, oil, or sugar for use in sweet treats. It's very sturdy and handles well in a pasta maker or for use with KitchenAid attachments. 

This dough will stay good in the fridge for 1 week and can be frozen for up to 3 months.

*** FULFILLMENT TIME for dough is typically 1 week or less! We will coordinate a pick up time with you in advance to ensure your dough is as fresh as possible when picking up.  

Pick Up is at The Creative Cookery in Fenton, which is a secured kitchen rental facility. It’s not a public storefront, and we must be present to let you in. Due to this and variability of hours, we offer pick up by appointment only. Once we've finished preparing your order, you will receive an email notification; you can reply directly to this email to coordinate a pick up time with us.

Consider bringing a cooler or insulated bag for pick up. Our products maintain their best quality when they are kept frozen until ready to heat.
