About

Gluten Free Hustle started with a personal discovery. In 2013, going gluten free changed everything for founder Charissa Martin. It helped remedy years of chronic illness, gave her energy she didn't know she was missing, and ultimately redirected the course of her career. She earned a master's degree in bioinformatics and worked as a research scientist before realizing the path wasn't going to give her what she needed.
After navigating career demands, personal loss, and the relentless math of not-quite-enough, Charissa made a decision: she was going to build something of her own.
She landed on food because she loves it, understands it, and had spent over a decade eating gluten free without ever fully accepting that "good enough" was good enough. The gluten free market is full of products that taste like settling. Gluten Free Hustle was built to change that.
We make small-batch, frozen comfort food out of St. Louis, MO. Toasted ravioli, crab rangoon, spinach puffs. The kind of food you actually want to eat, made with real ingredients and no compromises. The kind people gather around, whether they're gluten free or not.
Because you shouldn't have to miss out on the good stuff.
